App not working for past three months, unable to login. Captcha not loading and giving error as unable to reach the server. No way to login through this App. If we uninstall and install only very first time captcha get loaded and then for subsequent login try same error as unable to reach the server please try again after sometime. Same happening for past three months.

In the login page the captcha is not even showing, if I give reload, then its giving network error. Couldn't login in the website too. I wanted to download e-ration card but I'm unable to. Idk why this app exists and why govt is spending money on these when the developors doesn't even take a look what's going on.. considering it a mandatory government service platform, worst development and maintenance team...

Disappointed with the App performance over the past two days. The SERVER HAS BEEN DOWN without any prior notice, causing a lot of frustration. As a GOVT App,I expected better reliability and communication. The sudden downtime has left me inconvenienced and concerned about app overall functionality.I hope TEAM takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to prevent such issues in the future.AS A CITIZEN, I expect a higher level of professionalism and reliability from GOVT App.
