Ratings and reviews

Not a reliable service! We had prebooked our cab and also paid the booking amount. But no cab showed up on the scheduled time. We tried contacting on the helpline, which was switched off. When we finally got connected the answer was Sorry we are overbooked. We had an urgent meeting to attend, but couldn't make it due to the delay. Can't trust this service is you are running on a schedule !

Very bad experience. Misleading information provided by them. While booking, they showed very minimal price for my destination and said cost will be just one way. After i paid down-payment, they called that no driver is ready to drive for so cheap. Why do you put these prices then? I agreed to go on a higher amount, yet there was no response. Each time i had to call them a & except 1 employee of their's who was kind enough to response, others never called back to confirm. They cancelled finally.

This app allows maximum 6 person and 3 luggage option, they will not accept of you have more luggage (no matter how small) and even an extra person (even if it's a 9 year old kid). They will not allow and ask you to cancel and will not refund any amount. They charged Rs 423 as cancellation charge. So if anyone if travelling with kids, better select OLA or UBER or any other app.
