Full storage access - Uploading PDF files is fundamental to the My Portal app; My Portal is an insurance management app that allows our insurance customers to login and manage their insurance policies through the app. Upon purchasing an insurance policy all customers must submit documentation through our validation centre in order to validate their policy, for example, a PDF copy of their Proof of No Claims Bonus. Without the ability to upload PDF documentation the app will effectively serve no purpose as customers won't be able to validate their policies and their policies will be cancelled.

Ratings and reviews

Genuinely despise this app. Impossible to load and download documents. Impossible to make policy changes. Impossible to upload no claims discount. Absolutely dreadful. A terrible experience and I would avoid any insurance company now that use this app as it's genuinely woeful.

Had this app for a few years had numerous docs on it. Apart from it telling me an insurance is active l haven't been able to open, view or see in any way the policy or document or any way do anything with it. Can't even get the insurers to tell me what it is for or how it works. I just get them to send a printed copy. Had to give it one star to send it, else l wouldn't have rated it.

Seemed easy at the beginning, but trying to download portals etc is proving to be hard work
