Orange Phone is a free application that replaces the calling button of your smartphone (dialler) and allows you to detect and block unwanted calls, identify unknown numbers (reverse directory), check call prices to premium rate numbers, and much more.

Spam protection
No more wondering whether to pick up or not a call from an unknown number. The spam filter lets you easily identify unwanted and telemarketing calls before picking up.
You can also automatically block hidden numbers and unwanted calls (robocalls and scam) to put an end to unwanted calls once and for all.

In 2022, the Orange Phone app has identified more than 200,000,000 spam calls.

Know who's calling
Thanks to our partnership with Infobel, the Orange Phone app identifies unknown numbers that call you before you answer the phone.
You can also see names of unknown numbers in the call history even if they are not in your address book.

Find out the cost of calling premium numbers
You don’t know if the number you are about to call is a premium rate number or not? Before making the call, the Orange Phone app let you check the cost of calling special numbers to avoid bad surprises. An estimation of the total cost will also be displayed during the call.

Quick access to emergency numbers
In case of emergency, the app helps you to call the right number wherever you are!
The list of the emergency numbers (police, fire brigade or ambulance) is accessible directly from your dialpad in more than 200 countries around the world.
The app also displays your exact location so you can provide it to the emergency services when placing an emergency call.

Wow! It used to be a great app and would utomatically block spam numbers. However, with the latest update, Orange decided to make this feature available to only Orange clients as a 7€/month payed service 😲 This is literally capitalising on free labor of the community who marked those callers for free!!! I wonder if this can somehow be rectified by contacting the network ombudsman 🤔🧐

Orange removed the spam call blocking feature to make it paid for 7€ a month, essentially rug-pulling the community which worked for free to establish its spam blocking list in the first place. Shameless and greedy for what used to be a great app.

Last update ruined it all. Why decide to remove the key features for most user. Plus I'd pay for the service but I don't want to change sim card. It's realtbad marketing

What's new

Good news: You can now indicate the spammer name at the end of the call, just after hanging up!
It is also possible to indicate who spammed you from your call log by making a long tap on an unwanted number and on the contact card of a number that called you.
