Functionally, our cloud-based solution has a lot to offer:
* Mapping your organizational structure in functional areas (departments) and roles with individual checklists and tasks.
* Delegation of responsibilities to department heads
* Roster with intelligent rights and access management
* Document management with general and event-specific documents
* Audit-proof test report for the event (provability)
* Incident management with trouble tickets
* Reminder and escalation functions for upcoming tasks
* Automatic notifications in the event of an error via push notifications
* Additional modules such as quality checks, tour guides and display control on request

To use the ORGA app, a login with user and password as well as access to a licensed organizational account (ORGA app client) is required. Mit der neuen Version der ORGA App wurden die ersten Anforderungen aus dem ORGA App Forum umgesetzt. Dazu gehören:
* Verpflichtende Kommentare bei Nicht-OK-Aufgabenchecks
* Die Möglichkeit, einen Aufgabencheck zurückzusetzen
* Vorlagen für Fälle im Funkprotokoll und Incident Management

Darüber hinaus gab es weitere Optimierungen optischer und technischer Natur.
