So easy to use, I often find the entities who are sent the information are not consistent in their communication back to you. The SSS app makes it so easy to report something. It is all too easy to just walk past something and think that somebody else will report it, with Snap Send Solve there is no excuse not to report items that are needing fixing or work done. It makes out community much safer and pleasant.

I downloaded, updated, used Google to log in on my Samsung A35. When I tried to use it, it would send me in an infernal loop to confirm my email address with a code, then when I returned to enter the code, it couldn't move forward. I gave up on the third try.

The Snap and Send app is unfortunately a waste of time. It gives the impression that reporting issues is as simple as snapping a photo and sending it through, but my experience has proven otherwise. I have submitted two separate issues, with photos and detailed information, over three weeks ago, and absolutely nothing has been actioned. This app is privately owned and does not appear to deliver on what it promises. It feels misleading, as though designed to make people believe their concerns ar
