As soon as I opened it, it went to a blue screen with a yellow asterisk thing in the center. It looks like I was redirected to a Walmart site. Its exactly the same as the opening page on their app. I hoped that the yellow asterisk was a floating magnifier that I could just run across the page. But it doesn't float, or move at all. No way to import a file, no way to move it to my page. I really think this app directed me to a Walmart page. It's not a magnifier at all.

Almost does what i want. Activate and a moveable circle appears on the screen and magnifies what it lands on, at the bottom of the screen. Downside: the little circle keeps disappearing inexplicably. Takes up to much storage. A little heavy on ads but I'd put up with that if it weren't for the other issues. I kept it a little longer and gave it a fair trial, but superseded by Screen Lupe by same author.

Does the job but rather big file and only one setting. If I can find an ap that does this with a smaller memory size than 8mb or a little more versatile or less intrusive I will use that instead. Most Magnifiers on playstore however are just glorified camera zooms. ( ...oh I just found one. It's built in to my Samsung phone - even if a little tricky to operate!)
