What I love: 1. I was able to book fast. 2. Ride was 200php cheaper than grab. 3. Rider was professional. What can be done better. 1.App didn't accurately tell me where the driver was. 2. Glitch won't let me enter credit card details. 3. Inaccurate ETA. 4. Doesn't have a favorite location feature. NEVERTHELESS. owto is great and I look forward to improvements. Great job guys!

Been getting more rides on Owto than Grab. You just need to fix so many of the kinks that make it difficult to book a ride. Just tracking the location of the driver when picking me up is a pain. 20 - 30 mins for a pick up when they are near me seems unacceptable. The app does not track your drivers accordingly. Also, some of them need proper Customer Service training.

The app is still buggy. Location search results are not as good as other apps. I would often use pin location in map. I can't use card as payment method as it shows an error when adding one. It's still a cheaper alternative though, if you're able to get a ride, which is hard since there's not much drivers yet. Still a lot of room for improvement. Looking forward to when it can actually compete with the major tnvs.
