CallerBee is an app built by Pagematics, designed to manage communication with clients or customers through account managers and associates.
The admin will assign Twilio business numbers to managers and associates based on their accounts. Managers and associates can contact(Call or Message) clients or customers using that Twilio business number. They can add notes to a particular call after the communication. When the admin login to the app, he will get a clear idea about the entire communications that happen on the firm.
Our salient features include Call logs, Message logs, Accounts, User details and Messages under an Account, Notes, Address book, Phonebook, Business Numbers, Personal Numbers, Purchasing new numbers, Adding a new contact.
The user's needs to pay the charges incurred on your Twilio account for making and receiving calls and SMS.
