Downgrading to one star since the text to speech feature now randomly stops in the middle of articles. This app is truly useless. I downloaded this to use after Pocket shut down and it's just okay. My favorite feature is the text to speech so it will read me what I have saved. but I get a network error whenever I try to save something to it on my mobile device (on Wi-Fi of cellular data), making it almost useless. Not willing to upgrade to premium if even basic features don't work.

I just upgraded my earlier review from three to four stars. I was using Paper Span for a while but then the Chrome extension wouldn't work and I could not get any information from the developer. I checked recently and there have been updates and the Reader is working great again. A lot of nice features and is great for those looking for a simple Reader app without a lot of bells and whistles, but which functions very well. I'm gladl the development has resumed.

I downloaded this app as a replacement for Pocket. I subscribed to a premiun account in order to listen to saved articles. Unfortunately, this app does not work. It will only read one article and will not go on to the next one. Articles saved on my phone do not sync with my computer and vice versa. I paid for a year and only used it for a week and they have not responded to my request for a refund. They did not respond to any of my requests for technical support, either. Avoid this app!
