The app itself really isn't that good and game selection is limited at best, but I couldn't tell you the last time I actually won. Add on little to no promotions, and no loyalty program, what's the point when you can play better elsewhere. Edit update 8 - 10 months later: After uninstalling and not using this I decided to give it another chance, and just... No... I think they made it worse... If I didn't have to jump through their hoops I would have had my account closed the first time.

This app is ridiculous. So I made a deposit and earned a deposit match which was good but also earned 500 free spins (100 a week for 5 weeks) which was also good. Unfortunately you only have 4 machines you can take your free spins and those 4 machines will not load. I've talked to CS 3 times with no help. And now after the 5th reinstall its crashing and stopping. Fix your app!!

When you get a pop up saying that you been playing for so many min or hours and the amount you have spent in total, it seems to be some kind of trigger or hack. I have noticed this in every app I have played. If I'm up 200 to 300, I have to withdraw my money cause once you hit "ok", the app is done. I know every time that comes up I lose with not even one win sometimes, until I'm busted. It's ridiculous.
