The app constantly gets stuck on the zone entry screen. You type in the zone number (801) or select it from the list, but nothing happens. I have a strong data signal, strong enough to uninstall and reinstall the app, which is the only way to (sometimes) get around this problem. It will work a couple times then start hanging again, necessitating multiple reinstalls. Almost completely broken and pathetically useless.

Poorly executed, non-intuitive app and setup. It wants to know the "zone" but doesn't explain what one even is, and the sticker (once we found what was left of it) with the "zone" on it was halfway missing because they are just cheap vinyl. Using the GPS to find the zone didn't work at all. Why am I even installing an app for this? What information are you selling?

The app works, but I had to relaunch the zone picked a few times (it would have trouble loading). Then, on our way to our car, we forgot where we parked so we looked at the app. It was off by five blocks, and we had to go up each street until we found where we actually had parked.
