worst app.. after updatimg app it says to change my old password but otp is not sent either in mobile or email. And the customer service is very worst . They looted my money. There was almost 4000 RS in my wallet and now I ccan't login to app . Called many times, always readymade answer that we call you back letter but they never called me. And mailing is totally waste of time. They never respond. I am thinking of legal actions of fraud that they hold my money and never allow to login the app .

I'd give zero stars insted of giving 1 star but unfortunately there is no option to give zero. This app has looted me as before loading money this app was working correctly and my KYC is also verified. But when I loaded money to the app, it says change the password and requires OTP for that action. But they never send any OTP to my mobile and nither in my registered email. I ve called them several times, emailed them and tryied my best . 5 months passed nither they refunded my money nor OTP.

At first, the app is not allowing me to sign up and when i enter my mobile number in the sign up page, it shows an error "An error occured while fetching data" although i had entered my correct phone number. 😞💔💔 I hope the problem will be fixed soon. Thank You.
