It never sends me a message to activate my account. Edit / response: sorry, I won't call you because of this. I used a non-Irish phone number, you must have some logs in your service to look for errors... I tried resending the code and restarting the app around 10 times. If it's not you, it's a problem with the messaging service you are integrated with. Anyway, using an Irish number works.

The app is broken and wouldn't let me finish creating my account (so I can't log in). Despite this, before my account was even registered, they took 10 euro top up, the 99 cent monthly fee, and then another 10 euro. There is no way I could stop this in the app without logging in. After contacting support to close my account, they would not refund the 99 cent even though the app does not work, and I technically do not have an account. I was charged for nothing.

I just opened an account a week ago and never used it. They charged me subscription fees which was nowhere mentioned. I found it when I saw my balance has reduced. I called them and they told that they will refund the balance and the subscription fees if I close my account. They closed my account but I only got my balance refunded. I called them again and they said subscription fees are not refundable. Horrible customer care. Some day they something. Next day they something different
