11/2019 This app really is terrible. When it does work you can't view all your accounts. Every morning it seems to be down until around a certain time. It keep saying your login information is incorrect and to call the local branch. But later in the day you are able to login just fine. This app sucks. Update 06/24/21 This app still sucks. It's always down and not working on weekends and weeknights, can't see joint accounts, can't deposit checks. It really doesn't make banking convenient.

I just installed this app and tried to log into my account and was unable to log in. It kept saying they were unable to authenticate my credentials , the same I used online. I called the bank they tell me to make an appointment to come in then I see the horrible reviews. What the sense going in. They need to fix the problem so many can't be having the same issue.

The amount of security to me seems to be way to excessive, like I'm transferring money from checking to savings why are you asking for a password. Then not only do they want a password but also a security code, which is sent to my phone and I have to type it in 🙃(instead of allowing my phone to put it in automatically). It seems wayyy to outdated compared to other branches apps I give this branch's app the appropriate rating.
