The app is fine -- no major perks or problems -- but it's super frustrating that biometrics are periodically turned off to force you to log in with your password. I've banked with other credit unions that don't do this and still have great security features -- it seems like using my fingerprint to log in is actually probably more secure than using a password that can be guessed or cracked. I really wish the feature to randomly stop the biometric login would go away.

Quick view does not work, I always have to put in my fingerprint and wait and then it just opens the full account. Also I used to be able to switch views between my loan and checking and cannot, it's a totally separate login so I can't swap. The older version was way better. I submitted feedback when it first switched and nobody read it or cared. I hate the new app

Please Fix! I was excited to learn that my credit union was updating its app thinking they were finally adding features that would allow me to close accounts with commercial banks like Zelle or some other means to quickly send money to friends and family. Instead the "bill pay" feature it added requires entering more information than my commercial bank and doesn't send funds quickly which renders it useless. I hope this is just temporary but as it stands it's pretty frustrating.
