since the update my app says my router isn't on board but when I go to manually set it up it's already connected. I can't look at my usage or control my devices because I can't get into my app. this is the very first time I have ever had a problem with this app

it use to work well now with update, it looses contact with modem and tells you to check for update.

I love this app it's so easy to pay your bill. Saves a lot of time. The only thing about the company is that I owe .30 and they wouldn't give me a extension over .30. That's ridiculous
