Can not get any support thru the APP. I just tried using the APP for turning on/off AC or DC power and nothing happen, for the E1500LFP Also the first E1500LFP, I got the wifi stopped working after a few months, when I called, they wanted me to find a box, foam etc. and shop it back and pay for it. When I asked them to send me at the very least a box, they said no can do. The Price can't be beat, but I guess you get what you pay for, in other ways.

I would definitely give a 5 star if the app would work at all. The devices are great, but the worst thing about the pecron is the app! correct that, and it's 5 star. I have two of the full sets of the 3600's love them, but your app is absolutely horrible. listen to your customers and get this corrected. 🙏update, I did find a workaround that seemed to work for me. Add Guest WiFi and connect to that. works !👍

Disappointing when it does works. Set up is difficult to say the least. The wifi function has poor reception and only works when on the same network as the phone. I never could make Bluetooth work, which is needed when camping. When it does work, the app won't stay connected and always needs to refresh. The generator is okay, but the app is junk.
