I cannot believe that a financial institution could have a such a BAD app! It is extremely flaky. Sometimes biometrics login is active but most of the time it is not. Now, it's gone to worse... it does not even let the user login using the password; it just doesn't show the keyboard to type in the password. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it worked for a few days and then stopped. I have to get to my laptop to view my holdings and performance.

This app is very very slow. Update. Now I can't login to this app at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Can't login. Using same credentials on PC my login is fine. On the app it's broken. The app becomes unresponsive at the login screen. This is the most basic functionality not working. Lowered my original 3 star review to 1 star. Would give zero if possible

Would love to give it 5 stars. I got a new phone and installed it. The finger print login is not available, it was on my old phone (both Samsung). Also decided to try the face recognition which it says it has, in place of finger print, and it never works and always disables itself when I try to use it. Please bring back the finger print option.
