Customer service and support is very bad.. I haven't used the machine due to lack of support..When I decided to return the machine none of the staff are supporting..Even in mails also they are not responding.

I bought a new device iqoo neo 9 pro on which app doesn't start . app shows msg. (it seems that your device is rooted. this application cannot run on rooted device) i have installed app from v-appstore . from sanyog upasani.
