Piscina Temp makes it possible for you to communicate with your heat pump pool heater easily from a local WiFi network(IEEE 802.11b/g standard WiFi network), or remotely over the Internet. Pool Heater is compatible with heat pump pool heaters that must be with WiFi module that provided by the product suppliers.

With Pool Heater, you can:
- be able to monitor the state of the heat pump pool heater, such as the available hot water volume, the current outlet water temperature, the current running mode, etc.
- be able to set the state of the heat pump pool heater, such as ON/OFF setting, target water temperature setting, mode setting, timer setting, etc.
- be informed of any failures of the heat pump pool heater.
- be provided with considerate service that the suppliers will solve any detected problems of the units in the background before you ask for assistance.

To confirm whether this app can communicate with the controller of your heat pump pool heater, please check it with your supplier.

Second summer using my heat pump with wifi and therefore this app. Not had any connection issues ever, can turn my heater on from another country if needed, flawlessly. Had to reconnect after winter shut down. Recently updated it to show inlet and outlet temp on the main page. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is to add a few more easy accessable features like ambient air temp main display, in app access to the heat/time data the unit collects, more timers not just 1 per 24hr period.

My app worked fine for several months then somehow, it ogged me out yesterday and i have been unable to log back in, I have tried 9 times to reset the password and it keeps saying reset unsuccessful. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and also tried registering for a new account. ALL failed. Where do I get technical support from? I use for a heater which heats a tropical fish pond so it is critical that I can monitor the temperature.

APP is NOT refreshing, on off button is misleading, time setting is NOT possible and therefore the timer is pretty useless ! Please correct this or offer an alternative !
