My Just Energy app offers access to view/pay bills, monthly usage & payment history through your phone or tablet device. To get started, download the app and sign in with your "My Just Energy" username and password.

Not registered with "My Just Energy"? No problem, the Just Energy app also allows you to register and provides the following features:

Pay Bills – Effortlessly pay your bill through the app with your credit card.

View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile.

Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Just Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received.

View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.

Alerts & Notifications – Receive bill alerts as soon as your Just Energy bill is ready. Our friendly payment reminder notifies you days before your payment is due and when payments were received.

I mean, it does the basics but it'd be really good if it told me my usage rates for that month or billing cycle. As it is, it shows me a graph but other than hovering on each bar individually, no way to see the usage. I would recommend having the ability to see results as a table as well so I'm not just eyeballing what my energy consumption is over the month

What is the purpose of spending the time and money to make an app that literally does nothing but show you a bill and let you pay it. This can be done via the website. Showing previous usage for a bill thats already been generated and sent out is pointless. I just signed up with them so i shall see if theyre any good. The EFL with them was cheaper than everyone else. Lets see how the service is.

Its not a real app, and the service is not secure. The app opens to a webpage, which has weak password protection. There is no multifactor authentication. The little features on the webpage this goes to, they only work half the time. Lastly, the support for this company is not helpful to solve any issues. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, delete this "app" and switch electric companies.
