I love the idea and what works is great but there are definitely some bugs and the support is not what I've come to expect from Franklin Covey. It will only sync once per day which is problematic if, like me, you alternate between mobile and desktop. I have tried 3 emails and 3 tech support tickets and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I am still using though so that says a lot.

Android App is barely usable. I make all my changes in the Web App and use the Android App as a read only copy. The web interface is about a 3 star. Customer service was responsive until I subscribed. Also I signed up to be charged monthly but the company charged the annual fee. Although it says PlanPlus, it is not Franklin Covey. In the Web App, sometimes I can reorder tasks with drag and drop. But if I create subtasks, you can't reorder them. Now I am stuck with a semi broken app for year

I love this app! The one thing I would change is that you could cross out a task so it still showed for that day, but wasn't completed. if I delete it, it deletes all reoccurring tasks, too (of the same task). There may be a way around it, I just haven't found it.
