The worst app. Been wasting hours trying to register. One problem after another. Annoying that you have to download this stupid, nonworking, pos app to redeem rewards or gifts for VIPs, which then will be sent to your player's club card. Leave it to HP to actually move backwards in customer service. They've added a 3rd step (this app) to a 2 step process. Also, I've even tried clicking forgot password and to email me the link and I don't get email. I've reinstalled. Nothing.

It asks for a PIN. But card doesnt give you option to set pin when you get card
