I've been a plus finance member for the last couple years and they decided to close my account last month (even though I had an open balance well under my limit) they also "updated" the app so I can't log in anymore, not happy with the user experience and definitely not happy with how the account has been handled on plus finances end. won't be recommending this credit company and I won't be trying to reopen another account in the future. Much disappointment.

This app used to work. Now I can't make a payment from the app, when I select to enter an amount, the app closes. I have to use their website to make payments. The biometric fingerprint login also does not work, if you set it up, once you log out, it's gone. I've reinstalled a few times, it still doesn't work. This app needs an overhaul.

So far so good! App is very user friendly. Easy to navigate. No problems signing in. No glitches. There are a couple things you cant do in the app, and it directs you to sign in to their webpage. But they were small things, like things you wouldnt need to do every day..so not at all worth deducting a star. Great platform. All in all id say 10/10!!
