same as the others. you get logged out/crashed 100% of the time. 80% of the time you can't even log in. Which is exactly how they want it. They want people to miss as many bills as possible, so make the app unusable. Smells like a class action lawsuit to me. 🫵🏽

Hello? This app needs help! Can't view ID Cards (never have) - will Not load then freezes & crashes app. There is No place to SEND a message, yet you can view sent messages (umm, what the?). There is No option for customer support - is there customer support? C'mon ... you created the app, now finish. UPDATE: 9/18/24: SAME ISSUES. SAME Questions!

Shows up as just My Account in apps list, should be PM My Account, otherwise no way to tell what it is unless you know the PM logo by heart. When app is opened there is no way to tell that it is PM app until after you log in. There should be a submit claim button on homepage of app. Has to reload policy info every time you go back to home.
