Absolutely love this app. It was really difficult to establish myself in the UK, moving here just before the pandemic didn't help either. I heard about Portify from a friend and decided to try it. I definitely was sceptical at first but by the time I had made two payments, I was able to get catalogue credit. I just made my fourth payment today and have been approved for a "real" credit card from a major bank. I have only interacted with customer service a couple of times, not errors on their part, just general questions I had, and on both occasions the reps were polite, professional, and their answers were quick, clear and concise. Definitely worth the small monthly fee!

I honestly thought this app would be different from the other ones. But its honestly no different except they charge. One thing I was hoping would be very up to date records of credit utilisation and bank balances. But they are just as slow updating as the rest maybe even slower. I've got 5 credit apps that updated and shot up in points, and this one is still the same as when I started. Even though I've cleared all my debts, and reduced credit and upped my overall cash balance.

I have downloaded Portify to claim discounts for Deliveroo riders. I cannot claim the offer, the app doesn't show the voucher and I cannot contact help, my text messages are not getting delivered. I also cant connect it to my bank account (HSBC). The app asks me to fill in some information, but the fields' descriptions aren't clear. There are definitely some bugs that need fixing, especially contacting the customer support!
