This is is a 3rd party app from Pragmistic (NOT E-ZPass MA). If you have problems with it, E-ZPass MA cannot help. Use the E-ZPass MA website instead. It's optimized for mobile and works perfectly on a phone. That said, the app is easy to use, but unpredictable. For example, I used it to add a rental car. When my 1st toll was not posted, I checked the rental info and corrected a mistake. It also reset the rental start/end dates/times. Other times my changes were not saved.

App spun forever while trying to retrieve transactions. Gave error when trying to access any other screen. But the "add funds" screen would have been more than happy to charge me $1.99 *per transaction*!! No thanks. Uninstalled.

The app is useless unless u want to add money to transponder. Otherwise dont bother with it. You will not be able to manage things like pay by plate. Your better off just logging in on the website.
