This is truly the worst app I have ever used, and it's been like this for years. Every other day there's an update because the app is constantly broken. This app never works properly, it always lags or freezes or loads for minutes on end, and it's not a question of bad Internet because I can load HD videos and use all other apps just fine. Even the camera will freeze for 30 seconds between pictures. This app will test your patience like no other.

Customer service is solid. They'll take care of any issues within their capabilities as fast as they can. However they don't mention that if you don't renew your 4k$ membership each year, almost all of your records and book keeping is erased from existence. Program itself is decent for what it can do just keep in mind once your in you better stay in.

GARBAGE, absolutely trash! I've had nothing but problems with this mobile app. They have attempted to fix multiple problems and just create another problem in the process. It takes a 2 minute task and turns it into 30 minutes of aggravation. I'm literally going to quick my job over this because I can't get my work done in any kind of realistic timeline. ZERO STARS 🔨 🔨
