Mobile check deposit didn't work for a check I received from my mortgage servicer. I followed all instructions, changed lighting, background, all to no avail. Sometimes it would tell me there wasn't a check in the picture, which was false. sometimes it would tell me to make sure my check was in the green targets, which it was. I had to go to the bank to get my check processed. I'm leaving 3 stars because the other parts of the app work fine. It's just mobile deposit I had problems with.

They keep making changes that aren't necessary. This last update, the debits are no longer in red, everything is black.........who thought this was a good idea???? Billy pay......on the second screen after you click on the payee, you can't see the right half of the screen, and no landscape mode, so that's no help.

APP NO LONGER COMPATIBLE. The app was fine. I've used it for years. But there was an update that made the app incompatible with my device. I can no longer make mobile deposits or check my balance easily. I have tried contacting support, but have recieved no response, and there has been no attempts to fix this for months.
