An app that is too full it self! 1. Requires GPS to work while it's true operation is based on the fact that a car has paid parking in order to park in a lot. The GPS data is abusively collecting unnecessary data, infringing on privacy. 2. Requires pin but restricts it to 8 digits exactly. It's understandable pin is for security but people should be allowed to set their own digits, 4 or 6 and so on. If the phone is lost, this app is the least of concern! So full of it self!

Very, very frustrating. I've just downloaded the app and done the registration, no problems. But right after I log in, I see 'Choose Local Council'. I choose one and nothing happens after that. The page hangs. Cant go back either. Have tried closing the app and then relogged in numeral times but still same issue. No way to move forward. Terrible waste of time.

User interface is cluttered and non intuitive. Find parking function is unavailable when touted as one of the benefits of this app. Error messages are too technical, for example 'suspended due to system failed (sic)'. This type of wording is understandable to the tech savvy but meaningless to those who aren't, use simple wording as this creates confusion. Also, some of the English utilised is grammatically incorrect which presents a bad impression. Double check your work before submission.
