I'm in the middle of implementing this product in our county, and I honestly think it's a game changer. I've found it to be pretty intuitive to use and very flexible. The company obviously takes input from its people on the ground very seriously. The updates bring good new features. Just since we first had demos, the app has gotten measurably better. I see so much potential for this app, even beyond the changes it is already making for the better in our healthcare system. Keep it up!

Only just started using this app at a new job. Seems to serve it's purpose. One thing I know that would be the most useful is adding a function to switch on at a certain time. Waking up at 5 am to switch on for call but being off work is no fun. And turning it on the night before just wakes you up all night when you're not on call yet. Please add

There's no way to turn down the volume. That's a HUGE problem with a house full of people who are trying to sleep, and they can't due to it going off. I wish we didn't have it.

* Search on the EMS Shift Screen - it is now much easier to find other team members and the unit for your shift.
* Improved Incident List - we streamlined the screen to make it easier to find incidents your entity is already participating in, or nearby incidents you need to join.
* Mark an Incident as a Test - otherwise known as a Drill, Mock, Training, or Table Top. Indicate that an incident, and all the patients in the test incident, are not really real.
