the new system that b1 installed on memorial day weekend was a catastrophic mistake. less information available and deposits and withdrawals disappear and reappear next day and now it takes 5 times longer to make a deposit. disgusted with b1 with the new system. never had a issue until the new system was installed. it "was" always quick depositing and informative app., not anymore. I'll be honest, the process of payments made are quite slow although the assistance on disputing transactions against fraud is next level. I trust b1bank. I'll be staying b1bank until that trust is broken however I trust they won't break trust, but rather update their system for faster pending processes. that would be excellent 👌 😀 👍🏻 👏 😄

I never was able to get on the website to get my monthly statements litterly never too this day and now I was driving and tried to access my account was not able to because of extra steps to jump through
