I don't think I've ever not had an issue with this app. Login issues, transaction issues, transfer issues, issues galore. What made me write my review today is I got a new phone and went to go login to the app. I entered the same username and password I entered every single day on my old phone, but it told me I was using the wrong username/password. So I decided to try to change the password and what do you know, can't do that either unless I want to wait on hold to talk to a rep. Garbage app.

What is the point of a banking app that doesn't work on certain phones? I've been through multiple customer service calls and even though everything appears normal, when I open the app I have 0 access to my account. I've read several listed reviews that some android/Samsung phones do not like this app... And guess what I have. The company should be farsighted enough to know that not everyone has the same brand of phone. The customer service has been phenomenal when speaking with representatives but as far as the app goes? Better off installing a night light as it has just as much banking functionality as this app. None.

I've been banking with Camden National Bank since 1991, before the Internet. I like and respect this bank. They began an internet presence early on and it wasn't perfect but they have improved over time. Today the app is very sophisticated and I use my phone to make most transactions. Very satisfied.
