I don't have issues using the app, but it needs more functions. Most important one I would like to see is the ability to freeze/unfreeze debit cards. Or at the very least be able to permanently disable one even if it's irreversible. I lost my debit card outside of business hours, it took me forever to find the correct # to call, and using that automated phone system canceled all the cards on our joint account. It's incovenient, and too slow to prevent a card from being used by someone else.

I've used this app for 8+ years now, and I still love it! It has great features that allow me to organize my savings accounts, deposit checks, and easily transfer to other bank accounts. Also, I love that through the app, I can message customer service. They have helped me on multiple occasions, and the customer service was great!

App won't freezes on login. Temporaryworkaround is to delete the app and reinstall. But that only fixes it for the next one to two logins. Afterwards it freezes on login. Could it be a certificate issue? Or innocent acacian token or key mismatch issue? Who knows. But this is been going on for a couple weeks. The app is broken in its current deployments. Roll back to previous version Cyprus.
