This app needs new reviews. It recently had an update which added a floating text box over the accounts. You can move it around, but you cannot disable it. Scrolling through accounts is now very tricky as well. If you hold on a spot on the page for too long (and by that I mean more than half a second) that account is selected to be dragged around to reorder. There is a recycle box that you could accidentally drag and drop onto. Who knows what happens then? These changes are terrible.

Super annoying you can't pay principal on car loans on the app. The app takes forever to update the balance as well if I spend money the balance should be updated as soon as the transaction has happened even if it's pending I've had overdrafts happen because it's taken days for the balance to update. Not to mention when I took out my loan they said on the phone they would give me the lowest interest at 5 percent they didn't and it's at 8 percent. Take your business elsewhere.

I don't have issues using the app, but it needs more functions. Most important one I would like to see is the ability to freeze/unfreeze debit cards. Or at the very least be able to permanently disable one even if it's irreversible. I lost my debit card outside of business hours, it took me forever to find the correct # to call, and using that automated phone system canceled all the cards on our joint account. It's incovenient, and too slow to prevent a card from being used by someone else.
