The app itself is slow and is very slow at tracking spending and the balance spent which is a bummer because then you spend money and end up getting overdrawn and they don't care if the app doesn't work and aren't willing to work with you about it. I understand we should probably be keeping track of it in a ledger book but honestly in this day and age we live in we shouldn't have to.

It is so impossible and confusing just to get the text messaging alerts set up...so i just gave up on the alerts. The app doesnt include the moble depositing... (you have to log on and access it from the First bank of Kansas web site from your browser and set it all up seperatly.) i just gave up on both of those features! Those 2 features were why i wanted online banking But the rest of the app is easy to use.

Used to love the app but for the past several months it just sits and spins at the loading banking information. PLEASE FIX. There are a lot of people that have been experiencing the same thing.
