Find nearby branches and ATMs using your phone’s built-in GPS; you can also search by zip code or address.

Basically useless. The whole design of app is hard to follow it looks like it was the first app ever made. Any app I try to use coastal one as an option for funding or as a source of transferring money to another person, it never just sends, it always stays pending for days. When u message for help u don't get a response til the end of the following day if you're lucky. I only opened the account to be able to receive Zelle transfers. Also takes days to transfer money from this app to another.

Totally worthless app. 2 factor authentication is broken so there's about a 1 in 10 chance you'll get the code to log in and a very high chance the code you do get will be an expired one(if you even get one) and won't be able to log in. can't link to other banks either because it tells me my password is wrong even though it absolutely is correct. Also the app is unituitive and awkward. it's like everything that could be wrong with an app is wrong.

The app wants me to shift my loan to a bank with a better app. It fails in every aspect. From logging in to carrying out the most simplest of options. Nothing is intuitive on this app. Can't even figure out how to make extra principal payments. Non-existent customer support doesn't help either. I asked their rep how to make extra payments and the lady told me that it could only be done at a specific branch in person. Feels like they're deliberately trying to push customers away.
