They over evaluate the retail price of items and give you a full retail price on used items. I believe they have their own people bidding on stuff to up the price. You end up paying a lot more than you should for an auctioned item and most people that are bidding on this think the value is a lot higher than it really is. I had to sign up six times because their website is messed up and it took an act of Congress to even sign up. The whole process is confusing and no way to contact anyone.
