Ratings and reviews

Far slower and less convenient than using a key. Remote mode doesn't work at all. Can't automatically turn the lock. No back up key hole, only a key fob, which the landlord didn't provide and is useless if the lock battery dies. The website is more concerned with selling product than helping users. There are no user-focused tutorials or instructions for anything. All resources say "use the app", but the app is useless. There is no home screen widget on android. Can't add to Google wallet.

Slow like you'd never imagine. It constantly fails to unlock the door, frequently needs updates, and often only restarting the app will make it work. It is an extremely slow process for the app to connect and then unlock the door. Maybe AI can help with this app code.

randomly stopped working keep getting "unable to retrieve data" restarted my phone and everything im scared to uninstall because i don't think it will let me back into my account. this app is terrible. i would hate this just for one door. so unsafe and unreliable.
