・ Answer questions from elementary, junior high and high school students through the "Rakumon-sensei" app.
・ You can get rewards (earn) in the gap time without being bound by time.
・ The questions are the main subjects of elementary school, junior high school, and high school.
・ You don't need to secure travel time according to your schedule, and you don't need to prepare a quiet room because you don't use voice calls.
"Rakumon" is a skill sharing service.

[When applying for registration]
・ Those over 18 years old
·Required documents
ID card ... Driver's license or health insurance card
Educational background certificate ・ ・ Student ID or diploma or graduation certificate
・ Conduct online interviews and web tests as needed.
・ Application fee and registration fee are free. However, you will be responsible for the internet connection fee and communication fee.
・ It does not matter if you have experience as a tutor or a cram school teacher at the time of registration.

[Reward mechanism]
・ The unit price will be calculated for each question that has been answered, and the reward will be the total amount.
・ Six levels of teacher ranks will be used to calculate the unit price, and will be set according to the standards separately set by the Company.
・ The teacher rank will be set for each of 3 classes (elementary / middle / high) x 5 subjects, reflecting the cumulative number of responses and evaluations from students.
・ You can check the teacher's rank from My Page in the app.
・ You can get a reward of 100 yen to 110 yen (tax included) for each question.
・ If you respond to a nomination question from a student, an additional 10 yen (tax included) will be added to the reward.
・ We will calculate the activity results until the end of the previous month on the 2nd of every month, and if the reward amount is 3,000 yen (tax included) or more, we will transfer it by the end of the month.
* If the amount is less than 3,000 yen (tax included), it will be carried over to the next month or later. Please register the transfer account after the registration examination is completed.
[Question search and commentary for students]
・ After passing the examination and logging in to the teacher's app, the question will be picked up on the home screen.
(You will receive a question about your favorite subject that you checked when you applied for registration.) Pick-up is a quick push.
・ In addition to photos and texts, the questions include information on school categories (elementary school, junior high school, high school) and subjects, so you can grasp the difficulty level in advance.
・ As soon as you pick up a question, start explaining it on the chat screen. If you can give a quick and accurate explanation, the evaluation from the students will be high and it will lead to an increase in reward.
・ After the student completes the question, send the evaluation and the app will be notified and will be counted as one question reward.
