Nobody here knows what they are doing. In my busiest month I even lost access to the app, could not log in for over a month. Messed up my accounting soo bad, 2 accountants after them do not want to take on on my account. The whole Rauva product sounds good, but is not fully develop yet and just creates more issues than help your business. Do not recommend it even to my worst enemy.

One of those ridiculous apps that forces you to upgrade when you open it when all you wanted to do was quickly check a balance. What moron came up with this genius idea?

Overall, the app is OK. I initially had some issues with authentication, but those have been resolved. The issue I have now is with how restrictive the invoice feature is, and its templates are useless. I had a new invoice of a template being created with the template date rather than when the invoice was created. There's some work to be done for sure, but sure looks promising.
