download functionality doesn't work on chrome for desktop not for devices. devices aren't showing up on desktop version. I've reregistered devices, reinstalled etcetera. now nothing is working. side note: the cloud lacks suitable space as a storage location for anything substantial. also if the download function fails it offers no remediation nor does it give you a reason why. you can resend the request through the app. it pretty much does this for all sites at this point.

The app is easy to install, only takes a moment to sign up if you don't have an existing account and the app seems to work seamlessly but I knew before I downloaded it that RealPlayer was reliable, it always has been. My only issues that will keep me from using this are the fact the navigation bar is visible the entire time & I can't make the video go full screen. I am using the free version but I don't feel it should make a difference with these 2 things & no settings options to change them.

I have enjoyed RealPlayer on my PC for many years. I tried the app on my phone a few years ago with disappointing results, thought I'd try it again today. My issue is, why can't I browse on my phone through the app to select a music or video file or make a Playlist like I can on my PC? Or like I can on many other media apps? Removing the app, again.
