I like the idea of this app. Literally every sport you can think of. Deposit bonuses. Good lines. I really want to use it but the actual app is terrible. So slow. Difficult to navigate. Always garbage pop ups about what other people are betting on or other things I might want to bet on. It has lots of potential but is overall just ok.

Well, I was excited at first to try out the service and take advantage of the initial deposit bonus match. But, once I signed up using my Google account online, then downloaded the app, I can't even get past the login screen. So, I decided I would just use it online in the browser if that's what I had to do, a compromise I should be willing to make. So, before actually making a deposit I decided to browse the book and see how easy it would be to place bets. Simply would not work. No thank you.

I was referred to this book by a friend when I vacationed in Texas. Absolutely loved the customer service right of the bat. App very easy to use. I had left this review before, absolutely raving about the customer service I received back then. Fast forward a few months later, and now I don't get a reply from customer service like before. I've written them 4 times in the past 48 hrs and not even an acknowledgement of the email being received. NO BUENO ANYMORE!!!
