I don't have nothing but time to scroll thru the LONG list of negative reviews just to search for a post where a customer was appreciative, happy and/or satisfied. So- if ANYONE out there comes across THIS that is a satisfied customer using Reliance to stay in touch with loved ones, please, repost about it. I'll check back once a day for a week that's when I decided to make my final decision whether I'm comfortable downloading and giving permissions to the app. Thanks

Although texting works, voice calls are low quality with a lot of repeated words and video calls are difficult to connect, requiring multiple attempts if a connection works at all. Unfortunately there is no choice of communication provider so if your loved one is in a facility where Reliance is the provider, I'm sorry for you.

Terrible. Takes for ever to connect, then cant hear or barely see because its so fuzzy , its a waist of phone time but with it being the only way to communicate i have to use it, and its a continuous struggle :(
