I wasn't having trouble playing the game. I was having trouble getting information from your (Resorts) support team. I asked why I was getting emails (several times) three to five days past the last time I played, saying thanks for the deposit and save this for your records. (several times). I was told delays happen all the time when dealing with third parties. I asked who the third party was , so that I could contact them myself. I was told he (Resorts) can not relinquish that information.

Not impressed. And not because I didn't win. Money went pretty fast when compared to others.

I have had an account for years and suddenly gave me issues withdrawling my money for weeks. Said my behavior was aggressive yet still no money. Contacted NJ gaming enforcement. So they suspended my account. They have people scamming you out of money working for them.
