BEWARE! It's cheap because they employee no customer service staff. You can't speak with anyone, you can't access this new app, you can't chat with anyone, they do not respond to emails. Requested to chat with a live agent, and it said my wait time was 7+ hours! The chat's been open since Monday and no response. My husband has been trying to get a copy of his insurance card for a vehicle inspection, but the app keeps stating his number isn't valid. Pay a bit more and go with a reputable company!

Extremely basic. It's doesn't let you add or remove vehicles from your policy. It's doesn't show a payment schedule. And if you have to file a claim, it's an extreme pain. Also, they will take your payment and tell you that your policy will automatically renew, and it doesn't which will leave you with a lapse in coverage and if your policy was supposed to renew on a weekend and doesn't, they don't have 24/7 customer service and are closed on weekends. Properly the worst insurance company ever

The old app didn't have the most recent update of insurance and MADE ME THINK I LAPSED WHEN BUYING A CAR AND THEY WERE NOT OPEN FOR ME TO VERIFY ON THE WEEKEND!! I had to buy new insurance and later found out I was actually covered!!! The new app doesn't recognize my phone number or anyone in the household. The app sucks so hard.
