Having a really bad experience with tira. Had ordered products whose delivery was delayed. After writing endless emails, when product was finally delivered, the order sent was incorrect and one of the items was missing. After initiating return, it's been 5 days and still the delivery agent hasn't picked up the incorrect order. Endless emails and the customer service executive keeps on saying we are looking into it and rejected my return request. Never buying from tira app again. Tira is a scam.

Very bad experience, i ordered recently some products but delivery was too late I don't know why they took more than one week to deliver my product and when I am raising the ticket regarding the complaint they are simply marked as resolved and mentioned cx didn't pick up the call, it's been more than 48 hrs since the product delivery to me but status not yet updated as delivered it's still showing in transit... At least refund my money for that one missing product which i have paid for it...

Worst experience in delivery part, really if there was a option to put zero star I would have done that. I don't who and why are people even purchasing from here. They cancelled my order first from there end without any confirmation and I placed the order again and it has been more then 2-3 days to receive my parcel! They are saying it would take more 2-3 working day. Worstest experience reallyy
