Guess what, I was looking through the reviews and this highly positive review is sticking out like a sore thumb right away. Googled the name of the gentleman and he of course is an employee of Bilt. Fantastic move, just wonderful. Just another way of extracting a little more money out of us at every stage of every required transaction in life. Now you get ads, they get additional credit info..and don't think it'll be in any way more convenient for you or in any way cheaper.

Terrible. This app is design is terrible. The $10 fee just to pay rent is absurd. The app isn't designed correctly, so when typing every word is auto caps lock, as if every entry line is programed as a name line. Can't believe I have to find a new home, because my complex wants me to use a scam service that price gouges the user, to convince them to pay interest on rent. While they collect my data. I shouldn't have to play reward games just to pay my bills. This is my life not Kool-aid.

Title: Invasive Permissions and Unwanted Advertising. The permissions required by this service are overly invasive. To pay rent, you’re forced to use a third-party site, Bilt, which requires you to agree to let them pull credit reports and consumer data under your name—just to process payments. On top of that, they constantly push notifications about things like pet insurance and credit card offers. It feels intrusive, ads for debt and sign in issues forcing codes and confusion.
