completely unusable. the app is inconsistent for logins, and looks like it was designed using Android rules from 10 years ago and hasn't gotten a single update. the permission control is terrible. the top of the app somehow sits behind the notification tray? an app as mediocre as the food

Don't waste your time. The company doesn't honor giving you credit for purchases. I tried for a week (within the allotted 7 days) to get credit for $224 spent at a location, but it continuously got denied (no reason provided) and I even emailed them a copy of the check, twice, with no response.

UI is buggy and the UX is just horrible and isn't getting better. I miss the card system. This is post OCR loyalty ID update too. Spent 20 minutes trying to get my receipt in at ritas before giving up. If the goal is to stop people from using the reward system just get rid of it already
